Lactose Free Cake I had a customer ask me for a Lactose free cake because She could not find any place to get one .So I started experimenting with some of my recipes and was able to come up with a Chocolate Cake that is not only Lactose free but the taste meets my high standers ,(NO surpasses) if you didn't know any better you would not be able to tell the difference. Ironically I Also recently found my self to become lactose intolerant. So for all of you out their that are like me .We now can enjoy Chocolate Cake with Butter cream Frosting with out all that Stomach pain. Unfortunately the ingredients for this cake cost more so I had no choice but to charge 25% more for this cake. So if you need the Lactose free Cake you must specify this when ordering your cake.
